If you have forgotten your password: When you are logging in, and you cannot remember your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login page, enter your email address and follow the steps provided to reset your password.If you would like to change your password after loggin in, for example for security reasons:When you log in, navigate to the My Account view and click on My Profile. There you will see a Change Password link. Click on this link and enter your current password and your new password, and click submit. This action will change your password to the new password you entered.
You can make a request to change your account information, including adding a new ship-to address, from My Account, under My Profile. Alternatively, you can also contact your designated Customer Operations Specialist directly.
Only an admin user is able to create new users (customer, COPS, suppliers). When an admin user logs in, he/she will be able to see a tab for user management. In this tab, he/she will have the option to create new user, select the type of user and complete all the required details in order to create a new user account.
All order-related documentation will be stored in order history. Once you log in, please navigate to My orders, click on the relevant order and scroll to the bottom of the page. Here you will find a list of all the documents uploaded for your order. You will see download links next to each order, which you can use to download the documents.
When you log into the portal, in the navigation you can see menu item called 'Products'. This menu splits to Finished Goods and Concentrates. If you click on either item, you can see your product portfolio and indivdual product details and product prices.
